Meet the Owner

My inspiration comes from my mother, who started her own business in a small town just outside of Toledo, Ohio in 1986 with a mission to help people reduce their medical bills and navigate the complexities of medical and insurance paperwork. Over the past 40 years, she has assisted thousands of clients, providing clarity and relief during some of their most challenging times. Her steadfast commitment and caring approach have not only transformed lives but also shaped my own vision for the future. In honor of her remarkable accomplishments, I have dedicated the name of my company, Medi-Friend, to her original enterprise, Medi-File. This tribute reflects my commitment to continue her work, advancing solutions that make healthcare less burdening and more understandable for everyone.

With a career spanning since 2012, I bring a wealth of healthcare experience and knowledge gained from working across multiple regions of the United States and diverse service lines. My leadership roles in healthcare systems have included Program Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Compliance. These roles have provided me with a broad perspective on operational excellence and regulatory adherence. I have worked in for-profit and non-profit public health settings, uniquely positioning me to understand and address the varied needs of patients and healthcare systems. Passionate about serving others, I maintain a strong patient-focused approach, dedicated to quality service and making your life just a little easier!
